Terms of Service

DairyFlow is a business operations tool. You must provide accurate account information, protect login credentials, use the service lawfully, and have authority to enter employee, farmer and transaction data.

Google Play subscription

The Android plan provides one year of access at the price shown by Google Play before purchase. It renews automatically through Google Play unless you cancel before the renewal date. Any free trial applies only when Google Play displays that offer to your account before purchase. You can manage or cancel renewal in Google Play. Cancellation normally leaves access active until the paid period ends.

Other distribution channels

If DairyFlow separately offers a web or direct-distribution purchase, its price, processor and renewal terms are shown before payment. A payment method outside Google Play is never required inside the Google Play version of the app.

Service and records

You remain responsible for checking business calculations, statutory obligations, payments to farmers and exported records. We may maintain, improve or temporarily suspend the service for security and reliability.

Referral programme

Referral rewards are governed by the Referral Programme Terms.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, probe security, upload unlawful material, impersonate another person, or access an organisation without permission.
