DairyFlow, operated by Sagar Jadhav in India, provides software for dairy and milk-collection operations.

Data we process

We process account and organisation details, phone numbers and email addresses, dairy employee and farmer records entered by authorised organisations, milk collection and settlement records, device notification tokens, technical diagnostics, subscription purchase identifiers and any referral payout UPI ID you choose to provide. Google Play or an identified direct-payment provider processes payment credentials. DairyFlow does not store card details, bank login credentials, OTPs or UPI PINs and will never ask for a UPI PIN.

How data is used

Data is used to provide and secure the service, calculate and report dairy operations, administer subscriptions, deliver notifications, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary with infrastructure and service providers such as AWS, Firebase, Google Play and Razorpay, and when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and security

We use access controls, encrypted network transport and restricted production systems. Active account and operational data is retained while the organisation uses DairyFlow. Verified deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days. Deleted data may remain in restricted disaster-recovery backups for up to 90 additional days. Limited accounting, settlement, fraud-prevention and audit records are retained only for the period required by applicable law or an active dispute, then deleted or anonymised.

Account and data deletion

You can permanently delete a signed-in account from the Profile screen in DairyFlow. You can also request account deletion on the web. Deletion removes sign-in credentials, personal profile information, notification tokens and active sessions. Limited financial, milk-settlement, fraud-prevention and audit records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, security or dispute-resolution purposes; retained records are not used as an active app account.

Children

DairyFlow is a business product and is not directed to children.
