Cancellation and Refund Policy

Google Play subscriptions can be cancelled from Google Play account subscription settings. Deleting DairyFlow does not cancel a Google Play subscription. After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period shown by Google Play.

Refund requests

Google Play purchases are billed and refunded through Google Play. You may request a refund using Google Play’s purchase support tools. You can also contact DairyFlow support so we can investigate duplicate payments, a verified payment that did not activate access, or another technical problem. Do not make a second payment while a purchase is pending verification.

Any refund is subject to Google Play’s rules and applicable consumer law. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; payment-network processing times may apply. If a separate web/direct payment was used, contact support with its payment reference for the applicable processor’s refund process.
